DIVERSITY MANAGEMENT
NDIMAE Network is a participative and innovative international project, establishing a pan-European network of towns, working together on improving diversity management, inclusion and human rights protection in European towns; addressing the challenges of all communities.
Local Activism
Shaping the local policy landscapes and advocacy for intercultural dialogue, inclusion and human rights. This includes undertaking communications and advocacy activities to raise the profile and influence of both the Network and the wider civic agenda, including alignment with emerging policy and funding opportunities
About the project - The “INDIMAE” project is funded by "Europe for Citizens" of the European Commission, strand 2.2. - "European Networks of Towns".
Project partnership - The project is delivered by a partnership of 14 European partner organizations, namely: Municipality of Simitli (Bulgaria) - coordinator and 14 more partners from 13 other European countries.
Project Activities - INDIMAE project involves a series of joint towns-citizens’ actions. The partnership involves learning from the experiences of the European Capitals of Culture and the Year of Cultural heritage and intercultural dialogue, looking at their role as triggers of inclusion and promoters of democracy and human rights in Europe.

Discover the unique practices, stories, and insights and learn the good practices on diversity management and inclusion from Europe’s towns. Exchange thoughts and ideas and share your expertise with the INDIMAE NETWORK community. Because sharing is carrying!
It is very important that European towns keep facilitating the learning on innovative
approaches to local integration and inclusion governance that enables European towns to meet the challenges of diversity management and human rights protection in the local communities across Eruope.
STRATEGIES for INCLUSION
The partnership involves learning from the experiences of the European Capitals of Culture and the Year of Cultural heritage and intercultural dialogue, looking at their role as triggers of inclusion and promoters of democracy and human rights in Europe.
Project focus
Fostering participatory democracy and human rights, the INDIMAE project involves a series of joint towns-citizens’ actions. Citizens will be working together on inclusive strategies to for further development and implementation of local policies and strategies for intercultural dialogue.
Network for CHANGE
Network with citizens, CSOs, institutions and organizations, national and local authorities for change. Both locally and international INDIMAE network events will seek to boost the cooperation and mutual learning process between all relevant stakeholders in the partner countries and at pan-European level.
